Important Product Details & Care Tips:

To ensure your doormat stays in excellent condition, please review the following information:

Natural Variations and Shedding:

• Every mat is unique. Because coir doormats are made from the husks of coconuts, some fibers may be thicker or thinner than others. There may also be chunks of husks visible in the fibers.

• Some mats may be naturally darker or lighter than the photo, or have variances in color throughout the mat.

• Shedding is expected during the initial use while loose fibers from the manufacturing process are knocked out. Giving your mat a gentle shake, sweeping, or vacuuming can help speed up this process and keep it looking fresh.

Care Instructions:

• We highly recommend that coir doormats be used in a covered area to be sheltered from the elements.

• When coir doormats get wet and cannot dry properly, the fibers can soak up the water. This pushes the natural coconut oil to the surface, giving the mat a darker, stained appearance and causing the design to fade quickly.

Dimensions and Sizing:

• Doormats are 0.5 to 0.75 inches (1.3 cm - 1.9 cm) thick.

• All mats are hand-cut, so please allow for a +/- 1 inch (2.5 cm) variance in length. If you require an exact measurement, please reach out to us before purchase so we can verify we can accommodate your needs.

Available Sizes (Please select your size from the options):

• S: 16" x 24"

• M: 18" x 30"

• L: 24" x 36"

• XL: 24" x 48"

• XXL: 36" x 60"

Custom Design or Personalization Add-On: This listing is for the design featured in the photos, but we love to create custom designs! If you want to add custom graphics (paw prints, hearts, etc.) to this design, please purchase our Personalization Add-On listing (linked below). Please note that we do NOT offer proofs for pre-designed items unless specifically requested. All custom orders, including orders with add-ons, will receive a proof. No proofs will be provided until after purchase. If you have questions, please send us a message.

Blemished Option: Sometimes we receive mats with dark spots, stains, or blemishes beyond the natural variations mentioned above. These flaws do not inhibit the function of the mat. As a company that hates waste, we offer these at cost. We do not provide photos of blemished mats because our items are made-to-order and we cannot guarantee which one you will receive. By purchasing the blemished option, you agree to its flaws, and all sales are final. If you are interested, please ask us about current availability.
